Speedy Egg & Cheese Stack

I found this recipe at Kraftfoods.com and I have made it once. It was good and I liked the added taste of the tomatoes. Very few ingredients and easy to make. Enjoy! Show more

Ingredients

  • 6  eggs, beaten
  • 6  taco bell home originals flour tortillas
  • 1  cup  kraft shredded  mexican cheese
  • 2  tomatoes, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 375°F Pour eggs into nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Scramble the eggs. Cook on medium heat 5 minute or until set, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  2. PLACE 2 tortillas, overlapping, on bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Top with 1/2 of the eggs and 1/3 each of the cheese and tomato. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining cheese and tomato slices.
  3. BAKE 10 minute or until heated through and cheese is melted.
