Ingredients
- 6 ounces smoked bacon, finely cubed
- 1 large onion, finely cubed
- 1 1⁄4 lbs cooked potatoes, peeled and cut into medium slices
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 -7 tablespoons sour cream
- salt
- cracked pepper
Directions
- In a skillet, melt the lard and briefly fry the onions and bacon.
- Add the sliced potatoes and saute until golden brown.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and gently stir in the sour cream.
- Serves 4.
