Special Squash Cornbread

Serves: 8-12
Ingredients
- 3 yellow squash, grated
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 12 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 (8 1/2ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- onion, grated, to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13" baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 35 minutes until firm in the middle.
