Special Salad Dressing (Frances Virginia Tea Room)

This popular Atlanta Tea Room closed in 1962. However the recipes live on in Miss Milly Coleman's cookbook. This dressing is a great addition to Chicken, shrimp, tuna salad, coleslaw or potato salad.

• Yields: 1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

• 1  cup  really good mayonnaise (I use Hellman's)
• 1⁄4 cup  relish sandwich spread (Durkee's)

Directions

1. Mix well and chill until ready to use.
