Special Reward Dog Biscuit

Ingredients
- 12 ounces whole wheat flour
- 12 ounces bread flour
- 2 ounces wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 ounces powdered dry milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 cube bouillon (beef or chicken)
Directions
- Combine flours, wheat germ, salt and brown sugar in large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the eggs and vegetable oil.
- Dissolve milk powder and bouillon in the water, incorporate into mixture.
- Mix to form a firm dough that is smooth and workable. Adjust by adding extra flour or water as required.
- Cover the dough and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll dough out to 1/2 in thick and cut with bone shaped cutter.
- Place on sheet pans lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until brown and hard. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
