Special K Cookies

This is another recipe I found in a church cookbook. I find a lot of good recipes in church cookbooks and this looks easy !

• Yields: 2 dozen cookies

Ingredients

• 1  cup  white Karo
• 1  cup sugar
• 1 1⁄2 cups peanut butter
• 4  cups  Special K cereal

Directions

1. Mix Karo and sugar, bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Add peanut butter and Special K cereal. Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper.
2. The recipe doesn't say how many cookies it makes. I'm guessing a couple of dozen.
