Special Hot Chocolate Mix

Rich hot chocolate mix - -great gift! I experimented to heighten the flavor of the powdered drink mixes.

• Serves: 16-18

Ingredients

• 1 3⁄4 cups dry milk
• 1  cup  powdered  French vanilla flavored coffee creamer
• 1  cup  instant  powdered cocoa mix
• 3⁄4 cup  instant malted milk powder
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1  dash salt
• 1⁄2 cup miniature marshmallow

Directions

1. Mix all the above ingredients until well blended.
2. Place in a canning jar with a tight fitting lid.
3. Measure a generous 1/4 cup mix in mug.
4. Pour boiling water over mixture and stir until dissolved.
