Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, dark
- 1⁄2 cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
Directions
- combine all ingredients and rub onto both sides of spare ribs --
- Place ribs into airtight container for at least 2 hrs or over night in refrigerator -- place ribs on indirect cooking grill and cook at least 2 hrs,,turning and basting every 30 minutes -- Be sure to peel underside of ribs before putting on grill -- .
