Spanish Soup

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 dash saffron or 1 dash turmeric
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 10 1⁄2 ounces condensed French onion soup
- 11 ounces tomato rice soup
- 16 ounces water
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 egg, hard boiled, chopped
Directions
- Brown ham in oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add paprika and saffron. Add remaining ingredients, except egg, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with egg.
