  1. Cook rice in some oil until the color of popcorn.
  2. Cut up veggies and add to rice. Cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add tomato sauce and water.
  4. Season to taste with salt.
  5. Simmer covered 20-30 minutes without stirring.
