Spanish Rice

I've had this recipe for awhile. It is very easy to make.

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  chopped onion
• 1⁄2 cup  chopped green pepper
• 2⁄3 cup rice
•  salt
•  black pepper
• 3 1⁄2 cups canned tomatoes

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients
2. and pour into casserole.
3. Bake 350* oven for 1 hour, check to see if done, may take a little longer.
4. Stir occasionally.
