  1. In a large skillet or pot, cook beef until lightly browned.
  2. Add onion, green pepper and cook until tender.
  3. Drain fat.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Cover and simmer about 35 minutes, stirring once, until rice is done.
