Spanish Noodles and Ground Beef

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup chopped onion
- 3 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 -2 cup of shredded cheese
Directions
- Cook beef, green pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink and drain.
- Stir in the noodles, tomatoes, water, chili sauce, salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
- Top with bacon and cheese.
