Spanish Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1⁄2 lb Velveeta cheese or 1⁄2 lb cheddar cheese, cubed
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven 350 deg.
- Bring water to boil for noodles. Cook about 10 minutes and drain.
- In a skillet, brown beef and onion. Drain.
- In a large bowl, mix beef, onion, creamed corn, tomato soup.
- Add cheese, salt and pepper. Add in cooked noodles.
- Pour into greased 3 quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 deg. for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly in an uncovered casserole dish.
