Spanish Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 7 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 4 cups milk
Directions
- Blend the sugar and cocoa together. In a medium sized saucepan, dissolve the cornstarch in the water. Add the cocoa and sugar and stir until a smooth paste is made.
- Over medium heat, add the milk a little at a time while whisking.
- Simmer the chocolate for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve hot.
