Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 10 ounces thawed frozen spinach
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried mint flakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Thaw and thoroughly drain the spinach.
- Blend all the ingredients.
- Store, tightly covered, refrigeratred, at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with homemade pita chips.
