Spaghettini With Basil and Strands of Lemon Zest

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghettini until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile place the olive oil and garlic in a large sauté pan. Over low heat, warm the garlic for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Toss in the basil and stir gently to coat the leaves.
  4. Drain the spaghettini and toss gently with the basil and olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with the lemon zest and stir once or twice before serving.
