Spaghetti With Walnuts and Parmesan

Ingredients
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Directions
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
- Heat oil in a small skillet, saute garlic one minute.
- Add walnuts, saute 2 minutes.
- Toss walnuts, spaghetti, cheese and parsley together. Serve.
