Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Heat Oil in Wok.
- Fry Garlic and Onions until Translucent.
- Add Basil, Oregano, Cayenne, Bay Leaves.
- Add Zucchini and fry for another 5 Minutes.
- Add Diced Tomatoes, and sugar, heat til it boils.
- Cook on low for two hours.
- Cook uncovered for thicker sauce.
