Ingredients
- 2 (10 ounce) cans spaghetti, rings
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 tablespoon goya adobo seasoning
- 1⁄2 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 cup italian blend shredded cheese
Directions
- In a skillet brown onion, carrot, celery and sausage.
- add everything else and simmer 15 minutes.
