Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients
- 10 ounces whole wheat spaghetti
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1⁄2 medium onion
- 1⁄8 cup skim milk
- 26 ounces tomato sauce
- 1⁄8 cup olive oil
- 2 ounces French's French fried onions
Directions
- cook spaghetti until al dente.
- brown ground beef and add sauce.
- sautee bell pepper and onions, then add cream cheese and milk and stir.
- combine all ingredients and top with onion rings. enjoy!
- optional -- cook in oven to "set"; may add shredded cheese.
