Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 100 g spaghetti
- 1 ml oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 g lean ground beef
- 1 ml pepper
- 1⁄4 onion
- 50 ml mushrooms
- 1 ml salt
- 200 ml diced tomatoes
- 1 ml basil
- 50 ml tomato juice
- 1 ml oregano
- 15 ml parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan; add salt and oil. Add spaghetti so water is always boiling.
- Cook, stirring occasionally until al dente. Drain in a colander and rinse if desired. Serve hot with meat sauce. Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and saute until onions are transparent. Stir in mushrooms and diced tomatoes, tomato juice. Simmer and cover for 15 minutes; stir occasionally. Serve hot over spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese.
