Soya Egg Rice With Chinese Sausage

Ingredients
Chinese sausage rice
- 1 cup rice, washed
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 45 g garlic, fried
- 80 g Chinese sausage, sliced
- 45 g dried chestnuts
soya egg
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons dark soya sauce
garnish
- 10 cooked quail eggs
- 10 g coriander leaves
- 5 g shallots, fried
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients for the Chinese sausage rice in a rice cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, lightly crack open the quail eggs, and soak them in sesame oil and soya sauce for 5 minutes.
- Top the soya eggs on the cooked sausage rice
- Garnish with coriander leaf and fried shallots. Serve.
