Soy Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  frozen mango chunks
  • 1 (6 ounce) container  vanilla-flavored soy yogurt
  • 12 cup  orange juice
  • 2  tablespoons honey
  • 18-14 teaspoon  fresh grated gingerroot

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and process 30-45 seconds till smooth, using on/off pulse action to break chunks.
