Soy Glazed Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 scallions, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 lbs flank steaks
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, scallions, garlic and ginger.
- Place steak in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over.
- Cover and marinate, turning occasionally 1-2 hours at room temperature or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- Prepare a hot grill. Remove steak from marinade.
- Grill 10-12 minutes.
- Let rest 5 minutes before carving.
