Soy Ginger Sauce for Ribs

Another great recipe for ribs.

Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 13 cup soy sauce
  • 2  tablespoons  peanut oil
  • 2  tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2  tablespoons  asian  chili paste
  • 4  teaspoons  dark  sesame oil
  • 2  teaspoons brown sugar
  • 4  scallions, chopped

Directions

  1. Combine all together. Place 1/4 on ribs and leave then in the fridge overnight - brush the other 1/4 on the next day right before and during cooking the ribs. Boil the remaining sauce and serve alongside the ribs.
