Soy Ginger Sauce for Ribs

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons asian chili paste
- 4 teaspoons dark sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 4 scallions, chopped
Directions
- Combine all together. Place 1/4 on ribs and leave then in the fridge overnight - brush the other 1/4 on the next day right before and during cooking the ribs. Boil the remaining sauce and serve alongside the ribs.
