- 1⁄2 cup diced dried fruit (apricots, cranberries, raisins)
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted roasted soybeans
- 1⁄2 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 1⁄2 cup roasted pepitas (edible pumpkin seeds)
- 1⁄2 cup banana chips
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Serve individual portions in sandwich bags.
