Ingredients

  • 12 cup  diced  dried fruit (apricots, cranberries, raisins)
  • 12 cup  unsalted roasted soybeans
  • 12 cup  dry roasted peanuts
  • 12 cup  roasted  pepitas (edible pumpkin seeds)
  • 12 cup banana chips

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Serve individual portions in sandwich bags.
