Southwestern Tortilla Dip

Good dip to go with Mexican dinners.

• Yields: 1 batch

Ingredients

• 1  avocado (peel and cube)
• 2  tomatoes (peeled, seeded and cubed)
• 3  slices green peppers (chopped)
• 1⁄2 medium onion (chopped)
• 2  tablespoons lime juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1  dash  hot pepper sauce
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Cream avocado in food processor or blender till smooth.
2. Combine all other ingredients until well mixed.
3. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
