Southwestern Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1⁄4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together beans and vegetables.
- In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Drizzle over bean mixture and toss. Serve chilled.
