  1. In a sauce pan, saute the onion, bell pepper and garlic in the butter for 3-4 minutes Place all remaining ingredients in the same pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minuets.
  3. Use warem or chill 24 hours for a better melding of the flavors.
