Southwestern Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 dried chipotle pepper, destemed
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1⁄4 cup cilantro leaf
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Directions
- Rinse and drain the black beans.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency.
- To thin, add 1 tbsp water at a time.
