  1. Place first 7 ingredients (eggs through amaretto) in a blender and blend thoroughly.
  2. Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish, sprinkle with nutmeg, set dish in a pan of warm water and bake at 250F until firm, about 2 hours. Let cool, then place in refrigerator to chill.
