Southwestern Corn

Found this tasty rendition on Ingle's Markets webpage. It really adds a lot of zip to ordinary corn off the cob. Can be increased to suit your needs. Show more

  1. Saute onions and bell pepper in margarine until soft.
  2. Add corn and black pepper.
  3. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until corn is tender, stirring ocassionally.
