Southwestern Chicken & White Bean Soup

I got this recipe out of a Swanson booklet of free recipes. I will admit that I haven't tried it yet, but do intend to try it soon. Would love to know what you all think about it!!!!

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 1  lb boneless chicken breast, cube
• 1⁄2 cup  chopped onion
• 3  cloves garlic, smashed and minced
• 1  teaspoon cumin
• 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
• 1  cup chunky salsa
• 1 (15 ounce) can  small white beans, rinsed and drained
• 1  cup frozen whole kernel corn
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. Spray large sauce pan with cooking spray.
2. Heat pan for about 1/2 minute, then add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
3. Add onion, garlic and cumin and cook until onion is tender.
4. Add broth, salsa, beans and corn.
5. Heat to a boil.
6. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes.
