Southwest Style Peanut Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons organic peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 green jalapeno pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
- Put ingredients in a food processor and combine until they reach desired consistency. Add more or less oil as needed. Adjust flavorings to suit.
