Southwest Fondue

Yields: 6 cups
Ingredients
- 16 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese, pasteurized prepared cheese product cubed
- 1 lb processed white cheese or 1 lb deli white american cheese slice, torn
- 1 1⁄4 cups milk
- 2 -3 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Garnish
- chopped tomato
assorted dippers
- toasted bread cubes
- corn chips
- pretzel
- thin breadstick
- pita chips
Directions
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a large mircowave safe bowl. Microwave at High 8 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and cilantro.
- Garnish, if desired. Serve with desired dippers.
