Southwest Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 teaspoons chili powder (try ancho or chipotle)
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning (dry blend)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients. Puncture chicken breasts, place in a re-sealable plastic bag and add marinade.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through, turning frequently.
