Southwest Caesar Dressing

This is a delicious salad dressing!

• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup rice vinegar
• 1  tablespoon brown sugar
• 1  cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup chipotle chile in adobo (small canned condiment, use sauce only)
•  salt, to taste
•  fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Whisk brown sugar with vinegar until sugar dissolves.
2. Combine remaining ingredients together and whisk until smooth.
3. Serve immediately or chill if using later in the day.
