Southwest Barbecue Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 1 lb cooked spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 large avocado, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a small bowl, toss chicken in barbecue sauce until coated.
- Saute onion in hot olive oil until soft and golden.
- Place pasta in a large pot and pour onion mixture onto pasta, tossing to combine.
- Toss corn, beans and chicken mixture into pasta and cook over low heat until heated through. Add avocado and toss gently to combine. Top with cheese.
