Southern Sweet Tea

A southern sweet tea.

Ingredients

  • 3  lipton  family-size tea bags (or luzianne tea bags)
  • 2  cups sugar
  • 6  cups water
  • 6  cups  ice
  • 1  dash cinnamon

Directions

  1. Take a medium sized pan and add your 6 cups of water and let it boil. While boiling add 1 dash of cinnamon. Once water come to boil, tie the 3 tea bags together and add to 1 gallon pitcher. Inside your pitcher should have the 3 tea bags and 2 cups of sugar.Pour the water into the gallon pitcher. Allow the tea to sit for 20 minutes. Then stir really good. Leave the tea bags in the pitcher but don't leave them in no longer than 8 hours.
