Southern Sweet Tea

I make a gallon of this every day!

• Yields: 1 gallon

Ingredients

• 4  quarts water
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 5  tea bags (We prefer Lipton Tea Bags.)

Directions

1. Heat 1 quart of water and 5 tea bags in microwave for 6 minutes. Remove from microwave and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.
2. Remove teabags and pour into gallon pitcher. Add remaining 3 quarts of water and 3/4 cup sugar. Stir and chill in refrigerator.
