Southern Style Creamed Corn

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 2 (14 ounce) cans corn
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- parmesan cheese
Directions
- Fry bacon in pan and remove, leaving drippings.
- Add drained corn and crumbled bacon.
- Add butter and saute.
- Stir in seasonings to taste.
- Stir in flour to coat.
- Add milk slowly. Stir til thickened.
- Pour in serving dish and top with parmesan cheese.
- Enjoy!
