Southern Pecan Pie

a recipe that has been past through my family, very yummy!

• Serves: 6-8
• Yields: 1 pie

Ingredients

• 3  eggs (beaten)
• 3⁄4 cup corn syrup
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1  cup pecans
• 3  tablespoons butter
• 1  unbaked pie shell
• 1  teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. cut pecan in half,
2. mix all ingrediants except for pecans and shell (of course).
3. in a med. size bowl on med. speed until smooth.
4. put all pecans in shell and pour mixture over pecans.
5. heat oven on bake at 375*.
