Southern Oven Fried Veggies #RSC

Ingredients
- 4 cups red potatoes
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (8 ounce) package Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- garlic powder
- paprika
- ground pepper
Directions
- Quarter potatoes and slice and seperate onions. Place in 13 x 9 glass pan. Add carrots & corn. Combine oil, seasoning mix, cheese, salt, and spices. Brush over veggies. Bast several times during baking. Bake 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Enjoy!
