Southern Comfort Substitute

Was sure it was in the cupboard when I decided to make the recipe, but alas when the carrots where ready for glazing there was no Comfort to be found. Fortunately, my husband has been working on passing the bar, but mostly he stops in :)

• Yields: 1/4 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄8 cup Bourbon
• 1⁄8 cup triple sec
• 1⁄2 lime, juice
• 1  tablespoon sugar
• 1  tablespoon  fig spread, used Dalmatia brand

Directions

1. Blend well.
