Southeast Asian Pineapple Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened crushed canned pineapple
- 1 tablespoon light miso
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
- Covered and refrigerated, this dressing will keep for about a week.
