  1. Fish:.
  2. Spray grill rack with cooking spray, heat to 380°F.
  3. season fish fillets with 1 tsp onion powder, thyme, salt and pepper.
  4. cook fillets on grill, 4 mins per side; fish will flake easily with a fork when done.
  5. Sweet potatoes and bell peppers:.
  6. Cut sweet potatoes however you like to serve them (I suggest wedges), mix with bell peppers, toss 1 tbsp oil to coat, season with garlic salt, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  7. Pour seasoned sweet potatoes and bell peppers into a foil pan or foil, place on grill and cook for 30 mins, or until tender. Make sure to stir while cooking.
  8. Serve fish with chips, enjoy!
