South of the Border Dip

Yields: 5 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
- 1 (1 1/4ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Combine beans and taco seasoning mix and spoon into a 12x8x2-inch baking dish.
- Spread sour cream over bean mixture, and top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot with corn ships or tortilla chips.
