South of the Border Dip

Yields: 5 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 (16 ounce) cans  refried beans
  • 1 (1 1/4ounce) package  taco seasoning mix
  • 16  ounces sour cream
  • 2  cups  shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Combine beans and taco seasoning mix and spoon into a 12x8x2-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread sour cream over bean mixture, and top with cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot with corn ships or tortilla chips.
