  • 4  tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 4  tablespoons water (or 2 tablespoons chicken broth and 2 tbsp water)
  •  spices
  •  salt

Directions

  1. Mix flax and water or broth.
  2. add spices/ salt
  3. Spread on parchment paper.
  4. Microwave 2-3 minutes.
  5. Top w/ hummus or dip or cheese.
