Ingredients
- 30 pecan halves, chopped fine
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar substitute
- cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes or until firm to the touch.
